Rating comments

The kitchen provides a comfortable environment for socialising e.g. board games, chatting, hot pot, but the two only hobs make it difficult to do collaborative cooking. The toilet is of a high standard overall, but it would be better if there were a dedicated light switch instead of an automatic one. The shower has acceptable water pressure. However the hot water supply occasionally malfunctions. The sound isolation is fabulous. I can barely hear noises from my neighbours.

General comments

The room is not particularly spacious but I don't personally feel cramped. I think this is due to the two windows showing amazing views towards Regent Street and Parkers Piece. The interior of Young's Court as a whole is modern and gorgeous. The B staircase in particular has an automatic door on the ground level.
