Rating comments

The kitchen is quite far given it is in the basement, but it is clean and includes and oven, stoves, fridge and freezer. The upstairs bathroom is small but fairly clean. The noise level is perfect, minimal disturbance given it faces onto the garden rather than Christ's pieces. It is only a 30 second walk from college, so provides best of both worlds.

General comments

The room is small and there is no chest of drawers. There are two small closets but if you have a lot of clothes it is probably not ideal. The window provides a lot of light during the day. There is not much living space but the desk is large and there is another chair. Good amount of privacy as faces the garden rather than Christ's Pieces.
