Location - close to laundry, and to front gate, but not obnoxiously with tourists in front of your room every day. Also two easy access gates. Only noise really is people talking near laundry. Toilets and showers decent enough, kitchen is everything (but an oven) that you need.

General comments

Room is not big, but cosy and enough to live in and not feel cramped. No wardrobe, but chest of draws is enough (and rod a bonus to hand stuff on). Window is south facing (light is quite nice, and the view is not a brick wall but not anything special. No lockable storage, but perhaps make a stronger case for using college storage facilities over the holidays. And has a sink, which is really nice.
